Usage
Because the system only consists of the camera, and, if needed, an IR light source, it is ideal to install in remote places, when you need to distribute processor power or save on network bandwidth. You can connect SCANaCAR Smartcam with any network by using the normal interfaces, like UTP, WiFi, UMTS or HSDPA. Even GPRS is a possibility. SCANaCAR Smartcam can send only the detected license plates in text form, saving enormously on network bandwidth. So the network specifications are minimal, you only need to connect power.
