With UMR you can generate powerful reports and view information from the data created by UMT. All reports can be exported to standard formats like CSV or MS Excel.

Historical information
You can view the data per location, per week, per month or per year. You can analyse the trends in your data and easily find the extremes. You can combine this data with your other data, like the sales information. The reports can be used in planning for staffing or opening hours. But also for security information.

Routing

The routing for a certain area can either displayed graphicaly, or by numbers. You can create the reports to find out how many people walked in a certain direction to see for example what the attraction is of a display. Where are your customers walking and how do they move through your environment. Now you can analyse what the exact influence is of your floor design on the behavior of your customers.

Time spent

By measuring the mean time spent of your visitors you can objectively measure how long you can attract people to view your products. Or measure the time they spend waiting. How many people spend how much time in that selected area, and when? Use this information to measure the effect of your marketing effort, your in-store communication or your security efforts.
